    Full-dome scanning from fixed stations, to Leica RTC360 class. Station spacing, coverage and occlusion are set against the build, not against a template.

HC-PORTAL

House Cleo's own delivery software, built and run by the practice — where a programme's record is held, versioned, issued and retrieved.

  • Role-based access

    What someone sees is set by their role on a project, not by a shared link.

  • Per-project file management

    One location per programme, not a mail thread and a drive folder.

  • Versioned deliverables

    Every issue is dated and retained, and a superseded version stays retrievable — which is what makes the record usable in a dispute.

  • NDA-gated sharing

    External access is granted behind a non-disclosure agreement executed by electronic signature, and recorded against the recipient.

  • Site-context map

    A map view built on public geospatial data.

What the record is issued in

Format is fixed in the specification before measurement begins. Point-cloud data opens in your own software.

  • E57 Open exchange format for registered point-cloud data.
  • RCP/RCS Autodesk ReCap project and scan files.
  • LAS/LAZ Lidar exchange, uncompressed and compressed.
  • PTS/PTX Structured and unstructured point formats from terrestrial scanners.
  • DWG CAD geometry — plans, sections and extracted linework.
  • PDF Reports, verification sheets and issued drawing sets.
  • CSV Coordinate lists, control schedules and per-point deviation tables.

House Cleo provides independent technical review, specification and documentation. Work requiring certification is carried out with a licensed surveyor or engineer of record.
